FEELING CLOSED IN!!

This is the view out my office. For those of you still looking at green grass and palm trees your probably saying "COOL, look at all that snow" . What you may not be able to tell is that the whole view is snow and that that little bit of green in the right hand corner is the tops of some very tall pines. It's time for the snow to melt. I need to see more activity other than the icicle dripping. Dam that groudhog Phil!

Is this winter ever going to end???

We don't get 2-3 inches. We get 2-3 feet! When you your legs are only 6 inches you can imagine how difficult that can make your life. Meet Elvis, Ginger and Hank. Elvis and Ginger are our dogs and Hank is their brother who lives with Alan's mom,Roberta, here at the Cassell Ranch. Thank god for tire tracks in the snow. It make for the perfect potty situation!

Alan and Me... sounds like Marley and Me, OH NO!

The winter season is the busiest of our work, as you can well imagine. On our days off our escape is to go snowmobiling. I think it's great. I am away from the ski area atmosphere. I am out doors which I love. I am spending the day with my husband. I don't have to talk to anyone (not even Alan). We groove on our IPOD tunes and enjoy the day! These are some of the sites we see on our rides. Reindeer, bisson and old scenic towns to ride through.
